To attract distributors to your business you have to have the right mindset. I wanted to share something this is really pivotal to your success in the Network Marketing industry and that is having a winners mindset. I have called my leads and I have here the same excuses from time to time and one common excuse I hear is that "I don't have the time or money." I have to keep reminding them that this is a business and MLM is a business model and to start a business you need time and money and by investing your time and money your business will grow.
There are some people out there you can literally give them money to start their growing their own business and they will not do it, but as an entrepreneur you have the power to choose the type of team player you want in your team.
For my MLM business I want someone who is sharp and on the ball with the tasks at hand. I am looking for someone who goes out and reads materials needed in order to increase their skill set. A good team member tells you when they have tried something rather than asking you what to do. A good team member is a self starter.
